Swissbit N-20m2 Series-Industrial M.2 PCle SSDs

Swissbit N-20m2 Series-Industrial M.2 PCle SSDs leverage M.2 and NVMe standards to support PCIe electrical interface, AES encryption, E2E data protection, and TCG opal standards. The NVMe controller and the newest 3D NAND flash technology provide robust and non-volatile storage solutions for embedded computing applications. These N-20m2 SSDs incorporate a 75-position edge connector with an M key to support host read/write, control, and power activity as per the applicable JEDEC specification. The N-20m2 SSDs feature an onboard NVMe controller that manages the interface between the host and non-volatile NAND flash memory array. These SSDs deliver an impressive IOPS rate and offer the highest endurance. This is achieved by combining the Bit Cost Scalable (BiCS) 3D flash technology with a high-end controller architecture, firmware, and an optimized configuration. The SSDs are designed for applications requiring high data transfer rates that are achieved through HMB support, a 4-channel flash controller, and a 4-lane PCIe interface.

The N-20m2 SSDs feature an on-controller ECC engine that provides the N-20m2 hardware ECC which is capable of correcting up to 120bits per 1KByte page. These SSDs feature a storage capacity of 15GB, 30GB, 60GB, 120GB, 240GB, and 480GB. The N-20m2 SSDs operate at the -40°C to 85°C temperature range and require 3.3V, 1.8V, or 0.9V as supply voltage.
