Infineon Technologies REF-DR3KIMBGSICMA Reference Board

Infineon Technologies REF-DR3KIMBGSICMA Reference Board contains two PCBs (named driver board and power board, respectively), including a driver circuit and a three-phase inverter for motor-drive application. The REF-DR3KIMBGSICMA driver circuit is based on EiceDriver™ IC – 1EDI20I12MH with miller clamp function. The CoolSiC™ MOSFET features the IMBG120R45M1H as the main component for the three-phase inverter.

The Infineon REF-DR3KIMBGSICMA Reference Board was developed to support users during their first steps in designing with EiceDriver IC and CoolSiC MOSFET for a servo motor with inverter integration.
