Renesas Electronics RAA223021 Evaluation Boards provide reference designs for low-cost, high-performance AC-DC conversion based on the RAA223021 700V Non-Isolated AC-DC Buck Regulator. The RAA223021 features ultra-low standby power and an integrated 700V MOSFET capable of delivering up to 8.0W output power. It supports output voltage as low as 3.3V. The RAA223021 combines constant off-time control for heavy load and Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) for light-load operation.
The Renesas Electronics RAA223021 Evaluation Boards are offered in two configurations for design flexibility.
Both Evaluation Boards include a pre-installed RAA223021 in a SOIC-7 package.
The RAA223021 Evaluation Boards have built-in overcurrent, short-circuit, input brownout, and over-temperature protection. These Evaluation Boards are designed on a single side PCB with a full-wave input rectification. They are pre-compliant with conducted EMI requirements by EN55022/CISPR 22.
