ROHM Semiconductor BM2SC123FP2-EVK-001 Reference Board

ROHM Semiconductor BM2SC123FP2-EVK-001 Reference Board is a demonstration and development platform for the BM2SC12xFP2-LBZ AC-DC Converter.  The BM2SC12xFP2-LBZ is a quasi-resonant AC-DC converter with an integrated 1700V SiC MOSFET. The BM2SC12xFP2-LBZ is optimized for industrial applications focusing on auxiliary power supplies for street lamps, commercial air-conditioning systems, general-purpose inverters, and AC servos drives.

The ROHM Semiconductor BM2SC123FP2-EVK-001 provides a reference design for an isolation fly-back converter based on the BM2SC123FP2-LBZ AC-DC Converter. The Reference Board delivers power up to 48W at 400VAC without any heatsink. The test result of the Reference Board demonstrates that the 24V output voltage is constant and independent from the input voltage.
