ORing IMG-4312D+-D4G LTE Cellular M2M Gateway is designed to provide complete connectivity for Cloud, Internet of Things, and Industry 4.0 applications. The IMG-4312D+-D4G is ideal for remote secured data collection from the factory floor or environmental sensors and for serving control commands from Cloud Platforms for changing end-device status.
The IMG-4312D+-D4G Gateway integrates an LTE module that supports 2G, 3.5G, and 4G technologies. The user can use Fast Ethernet ports, serial ports, or Wi-Fi® connectivity to connect to end devices. With Modbus RTU and TCP protocols, the gateway can easily communicate with any compatible device to poll and write all kinds of data types. The IMG-4312D-D4G can also transfer data to 5 host PCs simultaneously for backup purposes. In addition, the gateway supports OpenVPN, PPTP, and IPSec VPN protocols and can establish a secured tunneling connection between clients and servers.
The IMG-4312D+-D4G supports a wide range of Cloud communication protocols, including MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport), CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol), and LWM2M (Lightweight M2M).
The IMG-4312D+-D4G works with ORing Open Gateway software to simplify IoT solution deployment. Open Gateway enables users to connect a wide range of end devices to different Cloud platforms. A user-friendly browser-based configuration interface turns the gateway into a transparent bridge between Modbus field devices and MQTT/CoAP/LWM2M servers. The users can define and shape the data format before sending it to the Cloud for secured storing, analysis and Dashboard, or HMI SCADA visualization.
The ORing IMG-4312D+-D4G Gateway is offered in both US (IMG-4312D+-D4G_US) and European (IMG-4312D+-D4G_EU) frequency bands.
