Exascend EXPI4 Solid State Drives (SSD)

Exascend EXPI4 Solid State Drives provide ultimate performance and ultra-high reliability over the traditional hard disk drive. These solid-state drives achieve up to 3,500MB/s for sequential read, 2,600MB/s for sequential write, and 450,000 IOPS for steady-state random write. The PI4 solid-state drives consist solely of semiconductor devices and it does not contain any mechanical part such as a platter (disk), or motor. These solid-state drives use a single-chip flash conPI4 solid-state drive controller to manage multiple NAND flash memory modules. The PI4 solid-state drives support U.2, E1.S, and M.2 form factors, integrating high-speed PCIe gen 4×4 interface with third-generation 3D TLC NAND flash memory technology. These solid-state drives feature high I/O and throughput performance, high stability, reliability, temperature monitoring, and intelligent management.

The PI4 solid-state drives offer -40°C to 85°C of the operating temperature range and 12V of the operating supply voltage. These solid-state drives provide enhanced boot times, faster application load times, reduced power consumption, and extended reliability. The PI4 solid-state drives comply with FCC, CE, and RoHS specifications.
