Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3690-30A & MPM3690-30B DC-DC Power Modules

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3690-30A and MPM3690-30B DC-DC Power Modules provide a dual 18A (MPM3690-30A) or a single 36A (MPM3690-30B) output and offer a complete power solution with excellent load and line regulation. The MPM3690-30A and MPM3690-30B Modules support an input voltage (V_IN) between 4V and 16V and an output voltage (V_OUT) between 0.6V and 3.3V. The two output voltages of the devices can be set separately with a single resistor per output.

The MPM3690-30A and MPM3690-30B Modules feature a proprietary, Multi-phase Constant-on-Time (MCOT) control scheme, which provides ultra-fast transient response and minimizes the output capacitance.

The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3690-30A and MPM3690-30B Power Modules integrate a monolithic DC-DC converter, power inductor, and other passive components. These devices are offered in a 16mm x 16mm Ball Grid Array (BGA) package with a -40°C to +125°C operating junction temperature range.
