NXP Semiconductors PF5030 Safety PMIC Programming Socket Board

NXP Semiconductors PF5030 Safety PMIC Programming Socket Board (KITPF5030SKTEVM) provides easy configuration of the PF5030 Multi-Channel PMICs. A QFN40 socket and flexibility allow exploration of all the features of the PMICs and make measurements on the main part of the application. All regulators are accessible through connectors. Nonuser signals (like DC/DC switcher nodes) are mapped on test points. The KL25Z Freedom connected to the board and the PF5030 NXP GUI software allows complete configuration and control of the automotive PF5030 PMICs. The board can be used in a standalone mode and controlled with a USB interface. Devices can be easily placed on sockets for OTP emulation, functional testing, or program OTP (one-time programming) fuses when ready. In addition to the OTP programming, users can test all features (with power delivery limitations due to the socket). No extra tools or boards are required for PF5030 OTP programming.
