Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC3X7 Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC3X7 Evaluation Board (KIT_A2G_TC377_5V_TRB_S) is a demonstration and development platform for the TriCore TC3X7 AURIX Microcontrollers. The TC3X7 MCUs offer a rich portfolio of peripherals, including 1Gbit/s Ethernet, CAN FD, FlexRay™, and multiple SPIs. The devices also feature ISO 26262 compliance to support safety requirements up to ASIL-D, making them ideal for use in automotive camera systems, high-definition safety headlight systems, and sensor fusion applications.

The Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC3X7 Evaluation Board includes a pre-mounted TC377TE in an LFBGA-292 package. The target device is mounted in a socket so that it can be easily changed, making the Evaluation Board ideal for early project development.
