Infineon Technologies Eval-1ED3321MC12N Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies Eval-1ED3321MC12N Evaluation Board has a half-bridge configuration with short-circuit protection and enabled gate driver ICs. The board is suitable for power switches, like IGBTs, SiC and Si MOSFETs. Power switches TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT IKW40N120H3 are preassembled. This board is ideal for double-pulse testing. 1ED3321MC12N belongs to the EiceDRIVER™ 1ED332x family (F3 Enhanced family). 1ED3321 offers short-circuit protection, active Miller Clamp, and soft-off. The driver IC implements separate source/sink outputs, operates over a wide supply voltage range, either unipolar or bipolar, and has tight part-to-part propagation delay matching.
