NXP Semiconductors Sensor ToolBox Development Board for FXLS8964AF (FRDM-STBA-A8964) is a demonstration and development platform for the FXLS8964AF 3-Axis Low-G MEMS Accelerometer. The FXLS8964AF is optimized for applications that require ultra-low-power wake-up on motion. The FXLS8964AF supports high-performance and low-power operating modes, allowing maximum flexibility to meet the resolution and power needs of various use case implementations. With AEC-Q100 qualification and an extended temperature range, this device is ideal for automotive keyless-entry (key fob) applications.

The NXP Semiconductors Sensor ToolBox Development Board for FXLS8964AF is fully Arduino I/O header compatible, enabling it to be used with Arduino and other Microcontroller Boards. It is specifically designed for use with the FRDM-K22F MCU Board, based on the Kinetis® K22 Arm® Cortex®-M4 MCU. The FRDM-K22F MCU Board powers the FRDM-STBA-A8964 Board via the Arduino headers.

The Sensor ToolBox Development Board and FRDM-K22F MCU Board help accelerate sensor evaluation using the FreeMASTER Sensor Tool software. This combination of hardware and software enables end-users to move through each product development phase quickly and increases ease of use.

  • Multiple test points enable easy access to pin signals
