Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-LTC6563TQFN-EZKIT Demonstration Kit

Analog Devices Inc. EVAL-LTC6563TQFN-EZKIT Demonstration Kit is based on the LTC6563 four-channel transimpedance amplifier (TIA) with output multiplexing. The kit includes the SDP-K1 controller board, with four single 400nm to 1100nm APD’s installed that enable TIA functionality optical testing. The APDs are DC-coupled to the TIAs to promote fast output multiplexing and channel switching.

The LTC6563 is suited for LIDAR receivers using Avalanche Photodiodes (APD) with its 20kΩ transimpedance gain and 90μA linear input current range. The LTC6563 is available in a compact 3mm x 5mm 24-pin leadless QFN package with an exposed pad for thermal management and low inductance.

The ADI EVAL-LTC6563-TQFN board permits electrical testing utilizing an external lab pulse generator as the input current pulse implementing small board modifications. The EVAL-LTC6563-TQFN is intended to display time-domain measurements into 50Ω systems.
