onsemi N24C16 EEPROM Memory

onsemi N24C16 EEPROM Memory is a 16Kb I2C EEPROM device featuring 128 pages with 16 bytes each. The onsemi N24C16 operates using the standard (100kHz), fast (400kHz), and fast-plus (1MHz) I2C protocols. To write data, specify a starting address, load 1 to 16 contiguous bytes into a Page Write Buffer, and write all data to non-volatile memory in one internal cycle. Reading data involves providing a starting address and serially shifting out data while incrementing the internal address count. External address pins enable addressing up to one N24C16 device on the same bus.
