Infineon Technologies EVAL-S25FS256T SEMPER™ Nano Evaluation Board features the S25FS256T Pmod compatible memory module with a 256Mb 1.8V SEMPER Nano NOR Flash. The Pmod interface connects with any MCU/SoC that supports SPI. This connectivity allows for efficiently developing a hardware platform for SEMPER™ Nano NOR Flash. The Infineon SEMPER Solutions Hub enables the exploration of complete development solutions for SEMPER memory.
