Texas Instruments TPSI3050Q1EVM Evaluation Module facilitates the evaluation of the TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 reinforced switch drivers. The TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 Reinforced Isolated Switch Drivers are fully integrated and form a completely isolated Solid State Relay (SSR) when combined with an external power switch. The nominal gate drive voltage of 10V with 1.5A/3.0A peak source and sink current allows a large variety of external power switches to be chosen, meeting a wide range of applications.
The TI TPSI3050Q1EVM evaluation module helps designers evaluate the performance of the devices for multiple applications. The device focuses on showing the performance of the isolated switch driver while driving FETs.
