The STMicroelectronics EVLHV101PSR50W is used as a standalone power supply or as a front-end stage in a dimmable/non-dimmable offline LED driver. This demonstration board offers exceptional performance with a high power factor, low THD, and low BOM cost. The device has advanced features of the HVLED101, which utilizes frequency foldback with valley locking operation to reduce switching losses and minimize acoustic noise.
