Texas Instruments bq25628EVM & bq25629EVM Evaluation Modules

Texas Instruments bq25628EVM and bq25629EVM Evaluation Modules facilitate the evaluation of the bq25629 and bq25629 input I²C-controlled single-cell (1S) NVDC chargers. The bq25628EVM and bq25629EVM evaluation modules feature screw-in terminal blocks for connecting external power supplies. The TI bq25628EVM and bq25629EVM offer connections for EV2400 or USB2ANY interface board controllers.

Evaluation module for the BQ25628 or BQ25629 devices
Screw in terminal blocks for connecting external power supplies, load simulators, battery simulators, and thermistors or real battery packs
USB mini connector for connecting to USB power supply and using D+/D- lines for setting the charger’s input current limit
Connections for optional EV2400 interface board controllers

Test points for key voltage signals and 10mΩ series resistors to easily measure input, system, or battery current
This circuit design is tested and includes a user’s guide with an example test setup
