Apacer Technology Inc. SV250-CFast 2.0 Flash Memory Cards utilize 3D NAND for a higher capacity of up to 960GB and provide more power efficiency than 2D NAND. These cards include a SATA 6Gb/s interface for exceptional performance with data transfer rates up to 560MB/s in sequential read and 68,000IOPS in 4KB random read. The SV250-CFast flash memory cards consist of a SATA-based 7-pin signal segment and 17-pin for power and control purposes. These memory cards implement intelligent Flash Management algorithms and Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC) ECC engine to extend SSD endurance and improve data reliability.
The SV250-CFast flash memory cards are equipped with a built-in thermal sensor to monitor the temperature of the SSD through Self-Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting Technology (S.M.A.R.T.) to prevent overheating. These memory cards adopt the page mapping file translation layer and come with various implementations. The implementations include power-saving modes, wear leveling, flash block management, S.M.A.R.T, TRIM, Hyper Cache technology, overprovisioning, DataDefender™, DataRAID™, and SMART Read Refresh™.
