Apacer Technology Inc. ST250-M242 Flash Drives are the next-generation Solid State Drives (SSDs) with Advanced Encryption Standards (AES) for data safeguarding. Featuring a SATA 6Gbps interface, the ST250-M242 drives deliver exceptional read/write speed, making them an ideal choice for heavy-loading industrial or server operations. These flash drives incorporate 3D NAND for a higher capacity of up to 1TB and provide more power efficiency than 2D NAND. The ST250-M242 flash drives feature 3.3V±5% supply voltage, 0°C to 70°C operating temperature range, and are RoHS recast compliant. These flash drives offer various implementations, including wear leveling, power-saving modes, hyper cache technology, flash block management, S.M.A.R.T, TRIM, DataDefender^™, DataRAID^™, and SMART Read Refresh^™.
