The Infineon Technologies EVAL_TOLT_DC36V_2KW has an impressive 60V rating and is housed in the innovative top-side cooling TOLT package. This top-side cooled MOSFET solution revolutionizes the performance of 3-phase BLDC motor drives, significantly enhancing power handling capabilities.

  • 0V and 12.0V on-board power supplies for microcontroller and gate drivers, respectively
