STMicroelectronics M24512E-F 512Kbit Serial I²C BUS EEPROM features a 512Kbit capacity and I2C compatibility. The STMicroelectronics M24512E-F is organized as  64K × 8-bits and ensures unparalleled data handling. The device has a wide supply voltage range from 1.6V to 5.5V and a clock frequency of 1MHz (or less). The M24512E-F offers three 8-bit registers, and the device type identifier (DTI) register is permanently locked in read-only mode.
