Texas Instruments AM243x LaunchPad™ Development Kit includes a development board designed for Sitara™ high-performance microcontrollers from the AM243x series. The board offers a standardized and easy-to-use platform, ideal for initial evaluation and prototyping.
The TI LP-AM243 Kit features the smaller form factor Sitara AM2434 ALX MCU with additional components to enable the user to implement various device interfaces, including Industrial Ethernet, standard Ethernet, Fast Serial Interface (FSI), and others to create prototypes quickly.
The AM2434 supports Industrial Ethernet protocols such as EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, and PROFINET. The LP-AM243 furnishes a smaller peripheral set than the TMDS243EVM, equipped with the smaller form factor AM243 ALX package.
This extended version AM243x LaunchPad Development Kit supplies additional IO pins for development and supports the connection of two BoosterPack™ plug-in modules. The LP-AM243 also features an intuitive Out-of-Box Guide to help engineers quickly start an evaluation.
