Texas Instruments AFE532A3WEVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments AFE532A3WEVM Evaluation Module is designed to evaluate the functionality and performance of the AFE532A3W precision Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs). The AFE532A3W precision DACs feature a three-channel, buffered voltage-output, current-output, and ADC-input smart Analog Front End (AFE). This evaluation module operates at 3.3VDD onboard supply voltage. The AFE532A3WEVM evaluation module also automatically detects I2C, SPI, and PMBus interfaces and contains an internal reference. This evaluation module is ideal for optical modules, high-performance computing, and standard notebook PCs.

The AFE532A3WEVM includes one 10bit, 300mA current-output DAC (IDAC), one 10-bit voltage-output DAC (VDAC), and a 10-bit Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) used for external signal monitoring. This evaluation module includes an EVM GUI to evaluate the performance and applications specific to the AFE532A3W precision DACs.
