Texas Instruments DRV8234EVM Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments DRV8234EVM Evaluation Module is designed to evaluate DRV8234 38V, 2A H-bridge motor driver with ripple counting, stall detection, and speed regulation. This motor driver features motor speed and voltage regulation, current sense output, current regulation, and protection circuitry. The DRV8234EVM module comes with a GUI to control the motor driver easily. This evaluation module is ideal for brushed DC motors, solenoid, and relay driving, portable printers, Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, and battery-powered DC motor applications.

  • 4.5V to 38V operating motor supply voltage range
  • 4A peak, 2A RMS high output current capability
  • Ripple counting for position monitoring and motor speed regulation
  • Adjustable op-amp gain for high-accuracy current sensing down to 10mA
  • Onboard eZ-FET lite debugger for MCU programming via USB
  • Supports 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V logic inputs
