TDK InvenSense T3902 Low‐Power Multi‐Mode Microphone

TDK Invensense T3902 Low‐Power Multi‐Mode Microphone offers a 185µA to 650µA current range, 36Hz to >20kHz frequency ratings, and 3.5mm × 2.65mm × 0.98mm surface‐mount package. T3902 microphone consists of a MEMS microphone element and an impedance converter amplifier, followed by a fourth-order Σ-Δ modulator. The T3902 series feature high performance, low power, standard, and sleep modes of operation.
