STMicroelectronics VL53L4Cx Time-of-Flight Sensors

STMicroelectronics VL53L4Cx Time-of-Flight Sensors are fully integrated miniature modules that record an absolute distance measurement regardless of the target color and reflectance. These sensors integrate a Vertical Cavity Surface Emitting Laser (VCSEL) that emits a fully invisible 940nm Infrared light. The VL53L4Cx time-of-flight sensors feature a low-power microcontroller, I2C interface (up to 1MHz), and a single power supply 2v8. These sensors are housed in a miniature reflowable package, which integrates a Single Photon Avalanche Diode (SPAD) array. The VL53L4Cx time-of-flight sensors are used in the applications such as smart lighting, system activation, and presence detection.
