Sensirion SFM3119 Low Pressure Drop Digital Flow Meter features a sixth-generation silicon sensor chip and provides a temperature-compensated flow measurement. This device is designed for mass flow measurement in ventilators. It accurately measures the flow rate of air, oxygen, and non-aggressive gases. A specially designed flow channel provides a low pressure drop through the flow body of the sensor, making it ideal for medical ventilation and respiratory applications.
