Toshiba CCD Linear Image Sensors are solid-state devices that convert an optical image into an analog signal in a line-by-line style. The CCD Linear Image Sensors are available in various types and packages to meet user’s requirements. The devices feature B/W, color, and color/BW types with a pixel choice from 1500 to 10680. Power supply ranges from 3.3V to 12V.
The Toshiba Charge Coupled Device (CCD) linear image sensors are ideal for applications such as copier scanning components, image scanners, barcode readers, the line scan camera used for visual examinations (a film, printed matter, cloth, etc.), grain color sorter, etc. and banknote recognition systems in banking terminals.
