Toshiba TLP3407S & TLP3409S High-Current Photorelays

Toshiba TLP3407S and TLP3409S High-Current Photorelays are housed in an S-VSON4 package with a very small mounting area. The 60V TLP3407S and 100V TLP3409S offer very low on-resistance and on/off switching of high currents, making these Toshiba photorelays suitable for switching applications in high-speed testers.

The S-VSON4 package reduces the mounting area by 22.5% when compared to the VSON4 package. The TLP340 photo relay series also increases the operating temperature from 85°C to 110°C. The components contribute to improved design efficiency by reducing the size of the tester board, increasing the number of relay circuits, and improving integration density.

The TLP3407S and TLP3409S achieve high voltages offering support for DPS applications of semiconductor test equipment. Other applications for these devices include probe cards, medical equipment, and replacement for mechanical relays.
