YAGEO General-Purpose Switching Diodes

YAGEO General-Purpose Switching Diodes offer a 150mW to 250mW power dissipation range and 215mA to 250mA forward continuous current. The 1N switching diode features a fast switching speed in an ultra-small, surface-mount package that is suitable for general-purpose switching applications. The BAV switching diode offers low leakage current and medium-speed switching times. YAGEO General-Purpose Switching Diodes have an operating and storage temperature range of -65°C to +150°C.
