Würth Elektronik Digital Isolators

Würth Elektronik Digital Isolators are available with or without an integrated power converter and facilitate rapid data transmissions across various channel configurations. These isolators utilize capacitive isolation technology, providing signal isolation in high-speed applications with data rates up to 150Mbps. The devices exhibit exceptional immunity to system noise, offering a common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of ±150kV/µs. Würth Elektronik Digital Isolators include the WPME-CDIP and WPME-CDIS series. The four-channel WPME-CDIP digital isolators with integrated DC/DC provide an isolation voltage of 5000VRMS. The two- and four-channel WPME-CDIS modules, without integrated DC/DC, offer isolation voltages of 3750VRMS and 5000VRMS, respectively. Both series are UL 1577 recognized.
