SemiQ 650V, 6A SiC Schottky Diode

SemiQ 650V, 6A SiC Schottky Diode operates with zero switching loss to greatly increase efficiency and reduce heat dissipation. This diode features power factor correction, zero reverse recovery current, output rectification, fast and temperature-independent switching, and EV charging stations. The SiC Schottky diode offers near-zero switching loss and requires smaller heatsinks. The SiC Schottky diode operates and is stored at -55°C to 175°C temperature range.
