Allegro MicroSystems APS11202 Precision Hall-Effect Switches

Allegro MicroSystems APS11202 Precision Hall-Effect Switches are chopper-stabilized, temperature-stable, and stress-resistant sensor ICs that are ideal for operation over extended temperature ranges (up to 150°C). The dynamic offset cancellation in this switch allows for superior high-temperature performance. This reduces the residual offset voltage normally caused by device package overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. The APS11202 switches are equipped with a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a small-signal amplifier, chopper stabilization, and a Schmitt trigger on a single chip.

The AEC-Q100-qualified precision hall-effect switches offer superior temperature stability, output short-circuit protection, reverse battery protection, and solid-state reliability. Typical applications include industrial motors/encoders, commutation/index sensing, BLDC motors, fan motors, home applications, power tools, and industrial equipment.
