ADI Trinamic TMC5272 Stepper Motor Controller

ADI Trinamic TMC5272 Stepper Motor Controller is a high-performance, dual-axis stepper controller and driver IC with serial communication interfaces (SPI and UART). This motor controller operates in a DC voltage range of 2.1V to 20V. The TMC5272 stepper motor controller comes with four 20V H-bridges. This controller features high integration, energy efficiency, and a small form factor to enable miniaturized and scalable systems for cost-effective solutions. The TMC5272 controller diagnostics and protection functions include short-circuit protection, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and undervoltage lockout. This controller is available in a tiny 2.97mm x 3.13mm, 36-pin WLCSP package. The TMC5272 controller is ideal for wearables, personal portable devices, optical systems, CCTV, small printing, scanning devices, lab and office automation, and space-constrained stepper motor applications.
