ABLIC S-8473 Wireless Power Receiver Control IC

ABLIC S-8473 Wireless Power Receiver Control IC comes with a charge function for a small lithium-ion rechargeable battery. This wireless power IC is configured with a charge current control circuit, a VBAT voltage detection circuit, and an Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) circuit. The S-8473 IC features 450mW power dissipation, 2.2V to 5V power supply voltage, 1.5V to 2V short-circuit detection voltage, and 3.6V to 4.45V recharge start voltage. This wireless power IC operates at -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range and is available in the SNT-8A package. The S-8473 IC is lead and halogen-free. Typical applications include devices for wireless power and small-sized wireless charge system.
